Marina L. Sedai is a past National Chair (2018-2019) of the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section and past provincial chair of the CBA BC Immigration Law Section. Marina has been practising exclusively immigration and citizenship law since 2005. Her clients are employers, families, and individual workers, students, and visitors. She represents on a wide range of immigration and citizenship applications. She is a frequent public speaker locally, nationally, and internationally.

Gregory obtained a Bachelor Degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and completed the “Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures” from the University of British Columbia. Gregory has over a decade working exclusively on Canadian immigration and citizenship law matters. His experience includes citizenship and temporary and permanent residence for businesses persons, skilled workers, families and individuals.
