Marina Sedai in the Canadian Bar Association National Immigration Symposium

Marina Sedai moderated the panel “Study Permit to PGWP to PR†at the annual Canadian Bar Association’s (CBA) National Immigration Symposium. Alongside discussions of study permits and how to pursue permanent resident status following graduation were conversations on the unique challenges that resulted from Covid-19 and the delivery of remote study programs. The panel also touched on potential issues that may affect international students going forward.
